Moonlit Rail ™

In 1996 I took my first trip abroad, to Great Britain and Ireland. Armed with a camera and a penchant for photographing subjects that aren't always top billing as vacation picture subject matter, I returned with 465 images; some are quite good, and some are quite bad. The body of work is extensive enough to have garnered commercial interest; the first of the photographs to be so-hosted were visible on www.travelbritain.com. I spent 17 days on-holiday in London, 10 for sight-seeing in and around the city, and 7 merely as a base-of-operation from which to explore the rest of Britain by rail. Crossing the Irish sea by ferry, I spent 4 days in Dublin and Cork. My return trip back to the states was aboard the QE2.
